Hao Zou received his Bachelor of Science with Honors and Distinction and Master of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering in 2008 and 2009 from Stanford University. He is currently a PhD/MBA dual-degree candidate in the department of Electrical Engineering and the Graduate School of Business of Stanford University.
He is an active contributor to many international telecommunications standards committees. His research interests include communication theory and its applications to wireless and wire-line systems. Zou was a recipient of the Frederick E. Terman Engineering Scholastic Award, the Stanford’s Deans’ Award for Academic Accomplishment, and Stanford’s Firestone Medal for Excellence in Undergraduate Research.
Zou is a Texas Instruments Stanford Graduate Fellow of Stanford University and currently serves as President of the Tau Beta Pi Engineering Honors Society, Stanford Chapter (CA Gamma).
